PROJECT MANAGER - Lim's Star Design & Contracts Pte Ltd

Assistant Project Managers are responsible for the site planning, organization, and execution of a project, scheduling and technical support to Project Manager to ensure it finishes on time and within the allocated budget.

Responsibilities:

Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager
Liaising with main/subcontractor, attend meeting with clients
Developing a preliminary project plan
Establishing project milestones and deadlines
Forecasting realistic budgets and tracking costs as the project proceeds
Leading a team towards shared goals and objectives
Using technical tools and software programs to plan and organize milestones
Delegating tasks to the most suitable team members
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
Calculating and managing potential risks
Anticipating, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Supporting team members to ensure they complete tasks on time
Tracking project progress and preparing detailed reports
Ensuring client satisfaction
Mentoring team members and providing professional guidance
Conducting postproject analyses to determine what was effective and what to improve for future projects
Supervising teams of staff across different divisions
Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
Other duties as delegated by the Management
