Key Deliverables
Manage learning initiatives (including elearning) around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management and logistics, delivery and evaluation.
Partner with the business to understand the learning needs from their business areas and engage resources to create solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Partners and work collaboratively to define the development needs and align development with a broader people strategy
Collaborate in designing leadership development courses to be utilized globally
Communicate persuasively and credibly (both verbally and in writing), adapt in a constantly changing environment, pragmatically focused on delivery
Deliver classroom, blended and remote (WebEx) programs
Experience in implementing leaning & development analytics
Designing staple curriculums for the Olam Learning Academy. developing creative and engaging training materials in a variety of formats and media.
Strong writing, editing and visual design skills

Requirements:

Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of learning and development in design choices and the use of different media
Must possess the capability to drive business partnering and analytical mindset. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational, with strong timemanagement skills
10+ years of consistent record of design and delivery of development initiatives in a business environment, with a strong emphasis elearning and instructional design
Experience in facilitation and delivering to international groups and using a variety of delivery methods and platforms
