Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman of the company.
- Serve as the main interface between the Chairman and the C-Suite.
- Able to lead the team to develop the overseas market.
- Assist the Chairman in developmental and implementation of annual plans.
- Handle current projects with the Chairman and C-Suite.
- Act as a Marketing and Communication officer with international buyer/ seller.
- Conduct market research of the market in commodities.
- Attend conferences and events in a professional manner.
- Assist the Chairman in drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing and international negotiation or related field preferred.
- 810 years of experience with international trading.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks under pressure.
