Description
**Responsibilities:
- *
  • Establish and implement procurement strategy and policy
  • Lead and supervise the activities of the procurement department
  • Select, evaluate, review and manage the performance of suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors or service providers and control the risks
  • Control project budget and strive to meet project needs with approved budget
  • Follow up to ensure closure of purchase orders with tracible record
  • Arrange and manage the logistics of goods to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct quality inspection on the goods purchased
  • Manage the inventory of materials in workshop
  • Ad hoc project / duties assigned
**Job Requirement:
- *
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
  • Resourceful with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • At least 5 years' experience in management role
  • Good personality and integrity
  • Experience with MYOB is an advantage
