**Job Description: - Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website,

  • Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, and prices.
  • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and ontime fulfilment
  • Manage online payment gateways and troubleshoot payment issues, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and industry standards Other Ad-Hoc Duties

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E
  • commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
