Responsibilities

  • Assist FOM to handle assigned clients in a military setup.
  • Handle Job Requests and liaisng with subcons to complete the works.
  • Proficient in basic IT as will be utilising client's FM software.
  • Handles day to day maintenance requests from clients.
  • Able to advise client on maintenance issues and works.
  • Utilise computerised FM system for day to day works.
  • Conduct Day to day and routine maintenance inspections.

Requirements:


  • Min. relevant Diploma or relevant NTC/ITC with 2 yrs relevant experience.
  • Project manage minor renovation works.
  • Able to do simple costings is an advantage
