Responsibilities:


  • Process claims and investigate refund cases
  • Attend to customers' enquiries on refund matters
  • Generate reporting
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Possess a Diploma in Accountancy / GCE A Levels
  • Possess claims / accounting / cashiering experience is advantageous
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
