Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strategic Planning
Collaborate closely with the CEO, SEA and all stakeholders to develop, execute the organization strategic vision, goals and initiatives and to address issues and challenges.
Provide data support insights and analysis to support decisionmaking. This include research / gathering information on industry trends and internal business to develop strategic options and identify business development opportunities.
Identify and assess strategic risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure the organization's resilience in a dynamic business environment.
Drive budget process and collaborate with all departments to ensure timely submission and value add to the business.
Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication on behalf of CEO, SEA on business strategies and execution, and ensuring a consistent message and alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Project Management
Leading 3 members and oversee special projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
Drive the execution these projects, initiatives and strategic priorities, monitoring progress and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across SEA.
Lead and organize regional meetings including identifying best practices and business reviews.
