Job Overview

As an early careers recruiter, you will be responsible in delivering the end-to-end cycle of early careers hiring processes for early engagement attraction and programme management - recruiting talent from school leavers through to interns and graduates.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our hiring managers to develop an understanding of business needs and identify and implement effective sourcing strategies
Supports execution of early engagement agenda to deliver required future skills pipelines of engaged early careers talent. Supports strategic relationships with IHLs to drive attraction
Support HR initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
Project manage and represent Ensign at various recruitment events, including career fairs, recruitment talks and open houses, position Ensign as an employer of choice
Post internship and entry level advertisements on various campus portals
Internal work to build Ensign brand and deliverables by building strong internal relationships with our stakeholders
Provide recruiting metrics after every career event
Participate in labour surveys
Be actively involved in adhoc HR projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
1 year of experience working as a recruiter
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and has ability to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output
Team player with strong work ethic and organizational skills
Positive "cando" attitude, with resilience and stamina to execute amidst ambiguity
