Client Management/Team management/Partner Management/Relationship Building/New Business

  • The primary objective is to be the client SPOC.
  • To identify business potential across sectors like IT, BFSI, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG.
  • Responsible for generation of revenue from new business.
  • Responsible for the offshore recruitment team and achieving team targets.
  • Building the Company Brand marking companies presence in Singapore.
  • Responsible for endtoend process starting with client prospecting and acquisition to gathering staffing requirements and then driving recruitment team to service the requirement up to deployment of IT Personnel.
  • End to end ownership of Permanent and Contractual placements.

Key Requirements:


  • 5+ years of Singapore IT staffing sales experience (Must to have).
  • Proven and demonstrable ability to achieve sales quota quarterly basis.
  • Must have expertise in bringing Direct Clients in the staffing industry(APAC Staffing).
  • Ability to hunt for new logos and handle end to end sales
  • As a Sales Manager, you will sell companies's staffing services and solutions to clients across industry verticals in Singapore Market.
  • Engage in coldcall prospecting to nurture clients to create net new opportunities.
  • Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, yeartodate, and annual sales goals/targets.
  • Provide weekly updates to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
