Ensure the right skillset, work ethics, and performance of the support staff.

Skill transfer to other team members to enhance personal technical skillsets and help others to improve / acquire new skillset.
Assist other team members in projects and technical issues
Assist software development team to deploy new software feature roll out.
Meet KPI's set for technical support.
Ensure quality of work of the support team.
Ensure service delivery adheres to customer SLA, ITIL 4 guidelines and ITSM compliances.

Requirements:

Certifications
Must be certified with ITIL
Have worked in IT support operations and experienced in managing IT support team for at least 5 years

Salary:
$3, $8,500.00 per month
