    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • HR have to be punctual
    • Monitor Staff's Working Hours
    • Government Grant Application
    • Familiar with MOM rules and Work Pass Application
    • Familiar with HRM software
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Others admin & paperworks preparation
    • Finance & acccounting background will be advantage

    Employer: Asthetic & Beauty industry

    Location: Orchard Road

    Working hours: 10am-7pm (1 week 44 hours)

    Salary offer: $4500-$6000 (depends on experience)

    Mandarin speaking is compulsory.
