Business Function
Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes.

We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions, whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability.

We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Consumer Bank Group Regional Business to provide insightful analysis on Cards and Unsecured Lending (CUL) financials
  • Collaborate with respective locations Business Unit Controllers (BUC) and Regional BUC to consolidate Regional CUL financials
  • Provide accounting guidance to respective locations per FRS standards and Group Accounting Policy
  • Prepare monthly actual and flash Regional CUL dashboard on a timely basis
  • Work closely with Citi-Taiwan integration stakeholders and local BUC for smooth transition and integration into Regional financials
  • Support SG CUL activities and initiatives
  • Manage SG and other countries CUL projects i.e. assist in business events creation, validation and testing of the events and MIS data
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial control policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Finance in a bank, preferably consumer bank. CUL financials knowledge will be beneficial
  • Possess strong analytics, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel and Access will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion, Celerity (SQL), PSGL, Tableau
  • Selfstarter, independent and able to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Highly driven to achieve excellence
  • Degree in Accountancy or a Finance related discipline
  • Excellent team worker, flexible and able to multitask
  • Good analytical skills
  • Inquisitiveness to learn new concepts and look for ways to improve current processes
