Description
**Our client is a security service company. They are looking for a Temp HR Executive (Payroll/Recruitment) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee payroll processing, tax filing, and CPF submissions.
  • Manage time attendance, leave, claims, and salary reviews.
  • Assist Finance with budgeting, payroll reconciliation, and employee inquiries.
  • Facilitate hiring process and onboarding of new employees.

Requirements:


  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Ricpay system preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
