Supervise and oversee the comprehensive budget allocation and personnel management across departments.
Take charge of workplace safety and health initiatives within the department.
Lead efforts in reducing and closing nonconformances, focusing on Early Containment and Resolution (ECR).
Enforce adherence to the Company's Management Systems Control, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory compliance throughout the department.
Ensure seamless and efficient operations in production.
Manage staff development and training to enhance competency levels. Monitor and manage departmental budget expenditure and headcount effectively.

_Job Requirements:
_

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in the chemical manufacturing sector, with a track record of at least 5 years in a comparable role.
Experience in managing or participating in ISO certification procedures.
Proficient understanding of chemical plant administration and operations.
Familiar in ESH regulations.
Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Exhibits strong planning skills for effective resource allocation and task management.
Skilled in people management to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
Possesses a datadriven approach with robust analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Prioritizes safety and quality as core values.
Shows a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
Displays selfdiscipline and exemplary leadership as a role model.
Resourceful in guiding employees through problemsolving processes.
