What the role is

  • You will be part of the team that develops arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.

What you will be working on

  • Provide infrastructure planning project support, particularly in processing tenders procurement, and knowledge management (e.g. in ensuring all documentation are properly categorised and saved)
  • Support the team with cyclical matters such as:
  • Request for invoice for billing
  • Monthly update of tenancy database
  • Administration of paperwork for tenancies and leases
  • Secretariat and committee duties
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks assigned

What we are looking for

  • Good Degree in Business Administration/Management, Real Estate or equivalent field
  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing / tenancy
  • Relevant experience in process automation or business research would be advantageous
  • An interest in the arts or public sector experience will be advantageous
  • Experience in public sector tenders/procurements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactively take Initiative to take on tasks assigned
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently
