Basic Up to $3000 + $100 Grooming Allowances + $200 Store management + Incentives

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it is wellmaintained, clean, fullystocked with products
Hire, train, and manage a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance and support to help them meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue and drive customer traffic to the store
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and adjust store operations accordingly
Maintain a thorough knowledge of beauty and personal care products, as well as new trends and developments in the beauty industry
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them to identify and understand their skin type, complexion, and concerns, and recommending products that will meet their needs.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are wellstocked and displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.

Job Requirement

Min 1 year of experience in retail management, with a focus on beauty and personal products
Able to work retail hours
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of beauty industry and beauty products, as well as new trends and development
