Having a team that has decades of experience when all put together, we understand that the veterinary industry can be difficult - challenging cases, demanding people, team conflict, long hours and shift work.

However, beyond that our passion is to help people by caring for their animals.

As a clinic, we aim to provide the best support we can to overcome the challenges of the veterinary industry, to make a difference in the lives of others.

We are blessed to be working with a talented group of passionate individuals including 20 veterinarians and over 50 support staff (including experienced and qualified technicians) and are looking to expand the team further for the following roles:

  • Human resource executive
  • Support the office administration, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating office events, and managing vendor relationships
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for team members
  • Coordinate and conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
  • Support the HR in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions
  • Support the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication to employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws/regulation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
