**Job Description

Olympic Sailing Team Manager (Based in Europe - March to August 2024)

  • Provide leadership and support to Singapore Sailing Team during preGames and Games period for the 2024 Olympic Games
  • Manage team logistics, including security and support equipment required during the Games
  • Report to CEO SSF (and TeamSG contingent hierarchy during the Games)
  • Fulltime role

Experience/skill set requirements

  • Past experience as an athlete, coach and/or manager in the sport of sailing (at Olympic or professional level)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Past work experience in Asia and Europe, France included
  • Familiar with Olympic sailing venue (Marseille) and have a wide network in sailing and the sailingrelated industry
  • Strong ability to make decisions, solve problems, troubleshoot and resolve conflicts
  • Team player, with ability to work with coaches, athletes, and technical support staff

Salary Range

  • Salary range SGD$7k to $10k a month
