Application Support Engineer - Singapore - Morgan McKinley
Description
Work with level 3 support teams to fulfill service requests and change requests.- Document and track incidents, service requests, change requests and provide regular progress reports.
- Coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities such as monthly maintenance and hotfix deployments.
- Work with procurement team and vendors to procure necessary software and services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, methodologies and processes including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile.
