Description
Work with level 3 support teams to fulfill service requests and change requests.

  • Document and track incidents, service requests, change requests and provide regular progress reports.
  • Coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities such as monthly maintenance and hotfix deployments.
  • Work with procurement team and vendors to procure necessary software and services.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of IT technologies, methodologies and processes including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile.
