Description
Manage all HR & payroll administrative processes including shortlisting for interviews and on-boarding process

  • Manage all general office & administrative duties such as purchasing office supplies, stationeries and pantry items
  • Manage office vendors and systems to ensure routine office upkeep including attending to office guests
  • Attend to incoming calls, office mail and couriers' services, including sorting, sending and receiving parcels and mails
  • Plan and execute logistics for company events, team meetings and company social events
  • Support the Managing Director in any other administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Related experience within an administrative/secretarial role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, resourceful, and with good organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
