HR & Admin Executive - Singapore - TRUESCOPE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Description
Manage all HR & payroll administrative processes including shortlisting for interviews and on-boarding process- Manage all general office & administrative duties such as purchasing office supplies, stationeries and pantry items
- Manage office vendors and systems to ensure routine office upkeep including attending to office guests
- Attend to incoming calls, office mail and couriers' services, including sorting, sending and receiving parcels and mails
- Plan and execute logistics for company events, team meetings and company social events
- Support the Managing Director in any other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Related experience within an administrative/secretarial role
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, resourceful, and with good organization skills
- Proficiency in MS office
