Our client, one of the reputable US companies are currently expanding and are looking to hire a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their admirable team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible to take ownership of booking and revenue targets, driving overall sales performance, and expanding our customer base in both local and export markets across Asia.

Identify and appoint new partners. Manage the evaluation, selection, onboarding, and negotiation of Distributors, ensuring a smooth and proactive partnership.
Collaborate closely with our distributor partners in the region to plan, implement, and optimize sales activities.
Ensure that all distributors receive proper training by working closely with the technical department.
Work closely with our Marketing team to plan and execute activities aimed at boosting sales.
Maintain Salesforce data for reliable data retrieval.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's degree qualification
Proven track record of at least 5 years of regional sales experience in the SEA Region
Planning and Project Management skills
Experience with channel partners management
Strategic agility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Strong Business Analytical skills and Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills.
