Description
Handle the tender team and plan sales strategies to meet company's target.- Manage project budget and ensure tender submission within the given timeframe.
- Create and prepare business proposals and solutions.
- Enhance cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of
tender and business development experience in
M&E/ACMV industry
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Proficient in MS Office and
AutoCAD.
