What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with an integrated team to develop creative concepts and execute projects that deliver dynamic and holistic solutions for our clients.
Create and articulate innovative ideas that not only solve client problems but also impact culture and people's lives.
Mentor and support the development of junior creatives, helping them reach their full potential.
Take ownership of your ideas and campaigns, from concept development to endtoend delivery.
Present your creative concepts in internal and client meetings, effectively managing creative feedback and pushing for the best possible work.
Work in crossfunctional teams across agency practices, including strategy, digital, consultancy and client management.
Develop creative concepts for new business pitches, actively contributing to the new business process.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the production process across all media channels.
Embrace proactive ideas that elevate our brands' impact in culture.

What Is Required Of You
years of experience in an agency environment for marketing, advertising and/or PR.

A portfolio that showcases your ability to solve client problems and make an impact on culture and people's lives.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in conceptual writing for marketing or advertising, web, social media, brand messaging and promotional copy.
Proven success in your portfolio as a professional.
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong and confident communicator, both in written and verbal communication, including client presentations.
Solid understanding of social and digital communications.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for creativity, emerging technology, and collaboration.
Have experience in working on new business proposals, driving the creative approach and communications in the deck.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Marketing Communications or related major

S$4,000 - S$6,520 a month
