Description
Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening

  • Onboarding & Offboarding cycle
  • Update and maintain employees' personal data and records
  • Handle employee medical and leaves matters
  • Engage and provide HR advisory to employees
  • Collate recruitment statistics for management reporting
  • Responsible the smooth running of daytoday HR operational and administration activities and all officerelated matters
  • Manage HR policies, plans and programs, and to assist to review, evaluate and improve HR workflows, policies, and procedures
  • Counselling staff; Conducting investigations


  • Safe Management Manager

  • To be responsible to assist in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the system of Safe Management Measures at the workplace to provide a safe working environment for employees and minimise risks of further outbreaks. Including Policy, procedure and forms requested by MOM & MOH
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
  • Ad-Hoc responsibilities/task assign by management

Job Requirements:


  • Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline with HR Specialization or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent and positive working attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Indepth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices

Schedule:
9am to 6pm


Expected Start Date:
Able to start work as soon as possible.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$3, $3,500.00 per month
