**JOB PURPOSE: Ability to deal effectively, to motivate staff and attain the best possible standards with regards to the cleanliness and maintaining the good condition of the guest rooms and public area. Eye for details and able to provide the finest service for our guests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Maintain a good relationship among other department to achieve a cohesive working environment.


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Inspection of property in order to ensure highest cleanliness standards & quality consistently
  • Involve in Housekeeping Associates training needs, motivation, further development & wellbeing.
  • Set a good role model to associates and lead with good example.
  • Reviewing guest feedbacks & establish guests contact daily in order to find every opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests by giving great example to Housekeeping Team
  • Establish, revise & improve on Housekeeping SOPs in term of ease of processes for our associates and improving our customers' experience.
  • Revise and analyze Housekeeping Associates' performance and productivity.
  • Involve in staff performance appraisal and provide suggestive improvement measure.
  • Be a great communicating bridge between management and nonmanagement associates in order to instill a service oriented culture (responsive, respectful & delivering great experiences) among Housekeeping Team
  • Involve in pre and post inventory process.
  • Well groomed and set good role model to associates.
  • Able to meet up with guest to meet their personal preference, special attention and create a smooth stay with the hotel.
  • Involve in stock inventory and purchase assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
  • Perform supervisory or executive functions such as assisting in work related to the strategies / policies of the department.

REQUIREMENTS:


Practical Experience and Knowledge

  • Prefer with Room Attendant and Supervisor experience.
  • Assertiveness, integrity, leadership by example, people oriented, foster team work, decisive, listening skill, customer focus, initiative, quality standards, stress tolerance, respectful, details, strong in numbers
