Helpdesk Support Engineer

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm

Location:
West, Ayer Rajah

Salary:
$2500 - $3700

Able to handle multiple customers' enquiries at any time.
Updating of case histories constantly.
Escalate and assign onsite engineer when deemed
Generate report as and when requested by direct

Requirements:

years of working experience in field technical support.

Customer service oriented.
Willingness and demonstrate capability to learn, assimilate, and act upon large amounts of information rapidly.
