Description

Core Functions & Responsibilities

Perform completeness checks on audit confirmation request forms
Verification of customers'/auditors' instructions against Bank's system
Process/perform data entry for all approved requests
Perform duties such as debiting of customers' account for the audit confirmation charges and clearing of cheque for payment received
Attend to enquiries on processing status of customer request
Check and ensure all inputs are accurate via online system check
Manage exception cases and escalate to Team Lead, if necessary
Observe and comply with documented policies / procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering etc)
