Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out the new setup
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users
Job Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
- Patient, polite, friendly, and helpful personality
- Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful, and independent
- Able to cope with a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an advantage
- Junior/entrylevel are welcome. Training will be provided
