Aon is currently recruiting a Manager to join our team in Singapore.

What the day will look like
Consultancy

  • Take a more consulting approach when addressing client's needs
  • Proactively suggest alternative approaches, clearly articulating the approach, alongside pros and cons to improve the status quo
  • Builds and maintain relationships with assigned clients, growing the business through sale of additional products and/or solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Analyze client situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgement.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of all client related initiatives including renewal and remarketing (review of renewal terms, preparation of renewal proposal / claims analysis)
Service Delivery

  • Hold direct responsibilities over their deliveries and management of clients
  • Customer approach/service excellence
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Client Relations and the rest of the functional (e.g., Broking, Claims, Flex, Admin) Teams in delivering distinctive client value
  • Solves a range of straightforward and complex problems
  • Presentation of the benefits programme to employee
  • Responsible for timely premium receivable & credit control
  • Handling the enquiries from both HR and employees
  • Act as escalation point for all clients' queries/feedback

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sector
  • Client management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills required
  • Ability to handle and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Selfdisciplined and organized
  • Interpersonal skill and focus on service excellence
