JOB PURPOSE

Manage all aspects of an engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
Responsible for coordinating projects from the tendering stage, to inception, to design and final

- construction. Acts as a liaison between the Project Manager and the Construction Manager, Superintendent, ensuring the execution of the project according to the specification and the schedule.

Involved in the cost estimation of potential projects at its tendering stage.
Establish progress report and claims
Technical Evaluation of Vendor Quotation
Prepare Method of Statement, Risk Assessments for various Installation works
Assist Construction Team for Electrical Installation
Preparation of Test Plan and Inspection/ Testing eg cable insulation, grounding system, electrical switchboard, motor starters, transformer, generator, high voltage switchgear
Review technical blue print of the project with Engineering Design Department and highlight potential problem areas.
Compile operating instructions of the equipment constructed and all documentation pertaining to the project. These documents will be handed over to clients upon the completion of the project
Followup on the project during the warranty period
Assist the site during commissioning inclusive of engineering requirements and vendors coordination.
