To us, the most important measure of our success is yours.As a Client Relations Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand and plan.
This position requires a customer-centric focus, the ability to learn, a good grasp of how multiple products and services should be positioned as a solution.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales team to develop and maintain strong working relationships to support the efficient and effective management of clients
- Provide consistent administrative support to the Sales Department in relation to client contract renewal, operational onboarding of new clients, and client reporting.
- Ensure that client data and information are maintained and recorded properly
- Work closely with the Client Relations team to proactively identify any problems that may impact the client and work with different internal departments to resolve or prevent such issues
- Liaise with different departments within the company to ensure all client deliverables are met
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs

Desired Skills:
- 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, client relations, or marketing services will be an advantage
- Good understanding of the public relations, investor relations, and marketing communications industries as well as the media communities;
- High level of selfmotivation, energy, and accountability; strong ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fastpaced working environment;
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Customeroriented, patient, organized, proactive, and a fast learner.
Salary:
$3, $4,500.00 per month
