Description
What you will be doing
- Develop event ideas and/or strategies
- Oversee and organise roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events
- Write copy of marketing presentations
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and various stakeholders to ensure productive collaboration in activities
- Monitor the progress of events and prepare post mortems to submit reports of performance
- Work with colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Any other duties entrusted by company
We are looking for
- Diploma / Degree in Events Management or equivalent
- Proven experience as Marketing or Project Executive or similar role
- Good knowledge in strategic planning and marketing
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities
- Possess creativity and commercial awareness
