Purchasing Executive - Kallang, Singapore - Omni-Plus System Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders to manufacturers/ suppliers, followup on shipments schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance, and inventories control
- Escalation of orders with manufacturers/ suppliers to fulfill customers' requests
- Inventory planning and control, expediting and followup on orders and shipments clearance, and management to meet customers' requests (this may include short leadtime orders)
- Demand planning, material replenishment planning, monitoring of forecast entered by Sales team
- To monitor warehouse storage space for optimum inventory and maintain minimum stock and at the same time keep stock at safety level
- Issue of Purchase Order with correct Shipping/Delivery term and pricing
- Followup to ensure the best payment term is granted by manufacturers/ suppliers
- Checking on orders process and schedules with manufacturers/ suppliers, arrangement of shipment clearance for storage, etc.
- Perform Good Receive in SAP and validate supplier invoices
- Negotiate with sales and suppliers
- Performing shipping documentation
- Perform GRN
- Any other adhoc as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Experience with using SAP system
- Able to work in a facepaced environment
- Meticulous
- Able to handle large volume of work
