KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executing full HR functions of employees' life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, to exit management.
Execute and implement HR policies and processes.
Manage and guide supervisors and employees on using HR systems (Workday).
Collaborate with Corporate and Regional HR teams, shared services teams, and various Centers of Excellence teams to support business unit's HR needs.
Support Managers and Supervisors in managing employee issues and questions.
Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processes.
Support daytoday HR operations such as planning and coordinating events/initiatives, tracking and preparing reports, benefits admin etc.

BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years' HR experience in handling HR operational tasks as well as a significant proportion in managing bluecollar hiring.
Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Wellorganised, meticulous, and careful with details.
Preferably able to start work immediately.
