Posting Date: 23 Jan 2024The Senior Analyst/ Assistant Manager supports the Senior Manager of the department to facilitate the institution's performance management function through the use of data driven solution in order to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Ensure timely management of information and business analytics to NNI Senior Management, SingHealth and other stakeholders.
Drive and implement information integration and business intelligence/ data warehousing project for NNI as well as the development of data sharing agreements with relevant stakeholders.
Support NNI's performance through strategic planning, scorecard key performance indicators setting and monitoring. This includes, inter alias, trending and forecasting based on historical information to establish meaningful analysis and indepth understanding of the indicators.
Lead and/or support projects to improve the use of information to inculcate factbased decision making at all levels of the organisation.
Support NNI's Data Protection Officer in ensuring organisational compliance to the Personal Data Protection Act through overseeing the Data Protection Management Programme, conducting Data Protection Impact Analysis, reporting Personal Data breach incidents, etc.
Lead or support adhoc projects, committees, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information System or any STEM related
At least 5 years of experience preferably some in Healthcare
Experienced in Data mining, analytics and visualization as well as Strategic planning and scorecard implementation
Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
Good communication and writing skills to present key insights in clear and succinct manner
