[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

  • Support analysis of learning data to help lecturers gain insights into students' learning behavior, performance gaps and learning needs,
  • Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions at the individual learner and/or organization level,
  • Work with technical team to test and ensure that the elearning packages are working well in the learning management system,
  • Partner with the technical team in training activities that are pedagogy related, Develop resources to help end users acquire technical competency in the use of elearning packages.
[What we are looking for]

  • Suitable credentials in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the field of learning content development / educational technology
  • Adequate experience with educational technologies including enterprise systems and Generative AI tools for course delivery, content authoring tools with different types of media such as videos, audio and graphics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with emerging technologies in Generative AI, cloud computing, data analytics and new media for learning is an added advantage.
