Service Engineer in Electrical company

Responsibilities:

Responsible for onsite startup, installation, commissioning & maintenance of front end automated semiconductor equipment at customers' sites
Perform troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment
Carry out continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve the highest performance and reliability results
Coordinate logistics activities
Conduct training for customers' engineers and technicians.
Perform Installation, Preventive/Corrective maintenance (PM).
Remedial maintenance (RM) on electronic /equipment on site.
Provide excellence service and maintaining a safety cautious.
Plan and execute resolution and presenting to stakeholders.
Enhancing the processes, hardware/software for equipment.
Coordinate with customer on equipment's requirement for installation.
Perform equipment installations/PM and RM
Develop action plans to resolve customer issues and execute equipment improvement plans.
Report submission to management for customer's work done.

Requirements:

Diploma in any Engineering
4years of relevant experience in the Semicon industry
Selfstarter who is able to work independently under minimum guidance
Ability to analyse and address all potential equipment failures
Knowledge / experience in semiconductorrelated equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in cleanroom environment
Willing to travel overseas for work support and training
Able to work overtime/standby after office hours, weekends and public holiday/periodic night shift
