Admin Executive - Singapore - CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide office administrative support & Receiving visitors and serving of refreshments (Guest only)
- Daily lunch ordering for staff
- Manage office supplies to ensure optimum level are maintained particularly for general stationery and pantry supplies
- Draft letters and other correspondences
- Travel arrangements including flight, hotel bookings (only when required)
- Maintain & control efficient filing system of all documents
- Prepare purchase order
- Manage and supervise cleaner work scope
- Perform orientation and issue items for new staff
- Provide Welfare support in Company related events and adhoc assignments/task as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Admin experience
- Proficiency in MS Words & Excel
- Possess good timemanagement skills and ability to prioritize tasks assigned
