Responsibilities:

Design, plan and implement network infrastructure to meet the organization's business needs
Monitor and maintain network performance and security, including firewalls, switches, routers etc.
Install, configure and maintain servers, storage devices, and other hardware and software systems
Manage the organization's backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IT infrastructure, such as OSPAR
Manage the deployment and maintenance of virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, Azure etc.
Work with vendors and IT team to resolve complex issues and implement new solutions
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the reliability and security of the IT infrastructure
Train and mentor junior IT staff and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Job
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT with min. 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and engineering
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and switches
Proficiency in server and storage hardware, including Dell, HP
Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, AWS, and Azure
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures
Experience in problemsolving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
