The Opportunity


As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice you will provide a well-integrated broad array of risk management services to financial institutions.


Your Key Responsibilities


As a Senior Consultant in the FSRM team, you will be leading EY services in the market through business development, project planning and high-quality project execution.


You will be leading projects relating to:

  • Lead several comprehensive risk culture and conduct reviews within Financial Institutions' across Singapore.
  • Implementation of MAS' Individual Accountability and Conduct (IAC) guidelines into projects
  • Conduct presentations on Culture, Conduct and Accountability to boards and clients
  • Assess Conduct Risk in change initiatives, third party relationships, risk and control selfassessments and regulatory compliance risk assessments
  • Manage the endtoend process of risk identification, assessment, monitoring of Conduct and Culture Risk working closely with crossfunctional teams
  • Design, implement and maintain the appropriate conduct and supervision metrics for our clients

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, MAS guidelines, and key challenges for culture and conduct
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
  • Effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Min 3 years or more relevant experience relevant risk management domain, a few years of which in a consulting firm
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Banking and Finance or equivalent preferred
  • Industry related certification is a plus (e.g., FRM, CPA/ CA, CFA)
