Responsibilities:
- Manage frontline counter tasks
- Assist patients/customers, handle billing and cashiering, answer calls, address inquiries, manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and follow up.
- Monitor all tests/investigations ordered for patients.
- Administer patient admission to hospital or day surgery center, including communication with insurance companies, hospitals, and day surgery centers.
- Support doctors in adhoc administrative duties.
- Perform splint making (training provided).
Requirements:
- GCE "N" / "O" Level with prior clinic assistant experience preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
- Proactive, capable of multitasking, eager to learn on the job, quick learner.
- Pleasant demeanor, honesty, and responsibility.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location:
In person
