  • Consistently maintain regular observation and evaluation of infant/toddler's development and growth progress
  • Ensure safety of each child through close supervision, whether in the classroom setting, play area, or any other areas within the school compound
  • Perform childcare / infant care routines in a prompt and hygienic manner that is consistent with the early years child development practices. These routines include diapering, feeding, bathing, hand washing, napping and transitioning between activities
  • Maintain daily journal of milk feeds, solid feeds, diapering, etc., in accordance to relevance for each age group (Babies, Junior and Senior Infants)
  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences/exploration

Qualifications:


  • Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)

Other Information:


  • Ability to build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience preferred
  • Mature, trustworthy and responsible disposition
  • Willing to learn, with good attitude
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team
  • Passionate about working with young infants/toddlers
  • Driven to make an impact in the early years education of the young
