Account Assistant - Singapore - JK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD
Description
Job Highlight:
- Generate daily billing by perform matching exercise to ensure the invoices are correctly billed per DO/PO.
- Review invoices and ensure all supporting documents are fully attached (i.e PO, DO and etc.)
- Update daily sales receipts & ensure all payments are accounted & proper posted into AR ledger.
- Send monthly SOA for all customers.
- Proper maintenance of AR files and records.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Preferably with at least 1Year of related working experience.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices.
- Good interpersonal skills, Selfmotivated, Independent, Good Attitude.
- Meticulous and Wellorganized.
- Able to adapt to fastworking environment.
Other:
- 5 Days work week from Mon Fri 9AM to 6:30PM
- Location: Kaki Bukit (near MRT)
- Trainings will be provided
