Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and be responsible for the day to day office operations
  • Support and work closely with the management on Employee's related matters, HR, Office Management etc.
  • Manage office administration duties, which include maintaining common areas, office purchasing, office housekeeping, managing office supplies, catering, mailing, IT coordination, and some executive assistance.
  • Organize ITrelated support for new hires
  • Maintain and update HR and any other company policies
  • Management of Human Resources in all aspects such as; Recruitment, Performance Management, Onboarding, Contract Management, Salary Benchmarking, Staff Welfare, Employee Engagement, Termination, etc.
  • Liaising with Corp Sec for any company related matters
  • Organization of workshop, events, teambonding or/and any company related activities.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management/ Human Resource/ equivalent
  • At least 3 years of progressive human resources and office management experience
  • Pro
- active with a sense of initiative, enthusiastic, meticulous with an eyes for details and independent

  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Understanding of MOM rules and regulations
