We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Information Technology Services team.

The Information Technology Services is dedicated to creating and delivering value to our business by leveraging on IT technology. The team is responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions and high-quality IT services internally to enable our business.

Motivated and dynamic professional who has experience with analysing business requirements, mapping of business processes and blueprinting, designing process models for business capabilities, technology capabilities and value creation.

The role involves:

Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges.

Analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and value enhancement.

Assist in drawing process models for business and technology capabilities, and value creation using industry-standard frameworks (, TOGAF, ArchiMate).

Document and communicate business process models, requirements, and motivations to IT teams.

Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with business processes.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Enterprise Architecture and related technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Good communication skills and ability to convey information to stakeholders.

Ability to analyse and document processes logically and systematically.

Adept at flowcharting and process blueprinting

Understanding of, and practical experience with, TOGAF and ArchiMate frameworks is an advantage.

Ability to multi-task independently and work as a team in a dynamic environment.
