Senior HR Business Partner - Public Sector - Singapore
One of our clients in the public sector is looking for Senior HRBP to join their highly collaborative team and be part of their exciting transformation project.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
- Actively work with the relevant HR Teams to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
- Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
- Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters and provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
- Provide leadership to the HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the Company/Business Units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Businessrelated field
- About 1012 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience, exposure of leadership experience is a plus
- Indepth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.
Pay:
$180, $250,000.00 per year
