Senior HR Business Partner - Public Sector - Singapore


One of our clients in the public sector is looking for Senior HRBP to join their highly collaborative team and be part of their exciting transformation project.

The potential incumbent is expected to lead and coach the team in the delivery of HR services and initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
  • Actively work with the relevant HR Teams to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
  • Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters and provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
  • Provide leadership to the HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the Company/Business Units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Businessrelated field
  • About 1012 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience, exposure of leadership experience is a plus
  • Indepth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.

Pay:
$180, $250,000.00 per year
