We have partnered up with one of the leading dry bulk company in the industry to hire a Senior HR person to expand their team.

This person will sit in either their Singapore or Taiwan office.

Would you be keen in taking up the challenge and being a part of a growing and developing environment?

The Senior HR person should expect to:

manage both strategic and operational HR works among offices regionally and all crewing matters.

- someone who understands HR aspects of both shore-based and ship-based (crewing) in operations.
- refine current HR processes and implement initiatives in change management and restructuring.
- at least 7 years experience in HR management with proven success record in building up the HR team of the company.
