Description
**Responsibilities: - Monitor server room and equipment health daily- Provide desktop support to end users
- Liaise with vendors for maintenance, support, and problem resolution.
- Create/maintain documentations on procedures, guidelines, and standards
- Any other jobs and duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology or any related field
- Min. 2 years relevant working experience
- Experience & knowledge in implementing corporate infrastructure
- Working experience in Active Directory and implementing/troubleshooting any issues faced
