The Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Secretarial Department, this role will support the end-to-end compliance and corporate secretarial needs of KMP and its group companies ("Group").
Responsibilities:
Assist with the Group's corporate secretarial needs.
Assist to ensure completeness/accuracy of the Group's records.
Updates Group's statutory record.
Perform Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering Requirements.
Arrange for notarisation and legalisation and authentication of documentation.
Provide general office management support to the legal and corporate secretary team.
Other administrative duties and other ad hoc secretarial duties as assigned from time to time.
